Role Overview

As a Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer support by assisting clients with their everyday banking needs through various communication platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and risk management, to ensure client satisfaction and timely transaction execution.
  • Support various business operations functions, including risk management, compliance, and collections, as required.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and internal policies related to customer service.
  • Provide effective resolutions for customer queries through diverse communication channels.
