Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Identifying areas for enhancement in our food services
• Acting on customer feedback to continually elevate our offerings
• Assisting in the development of innovative menus and culinary concepts
• Representing Eurest and upholding a positive brand image
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure our kitchens are well-equipped
• Supervising kitchen cleanliness to adhere to hygiene standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations

The ideal Culinary Specialist will possess:

• A passion for outstanding food and exceptional service
• Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ)
• Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
• A background in a similar culinary position
• A valid Food Hygiene certification
• A flexible approach to work
