About the Role:
Omega Resource Group is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the quotation process, preparing and issuing fully documented, accurate, and organized orders, and providing support to the sales manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of products, customers, and the marketplace
- Review contractors' supply chain
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare customer quotes and deal with inquiries
- Attend exhibitions and events to gain industry knowledge and promote company products
- Manage and improve lead generation
- Ensure quotations are within company capability – work closely with technical, financial, and production teams
- Review company product offerings and suggest developments/improvements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent customer service
- Previous sales/account management experience
- Construction/manufacturing background would be desirable
