RSM - Tax Dispute Resolution Service

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead our expanding Tax Dispute Resolution Service in the North West Region. This role offers the opportunity to work with regional and national clients, focusing on case management and enhancing our Tax Investigations offering.

  • Overseeing Client Projects: Direct and manage a variety of client projects within the tax dispute resolution domain.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects and budgets for client engagements, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with partners and team members to identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the service line.
  • Client Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional Tax Dispute Resolution services to clients, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
  • Team Collaboration: Effectively communicate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development within the field of tax dispute resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a recognized professional qualification such as ATT and/or CTA.
  • Demonstrate experience working with HMRC or in similar roles within the tax domain.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of successful client management and relationship building.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities, managing multiple tasks effectively.
