Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join our busy team in one of our Lancashire offices. The successful candidate will have a passion for litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in inheritance, trusts, and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of disputes.
  • Handle client work allocated by the Head of Department or other fee-earners, adhering to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and information, in line with Law Society and GDPR regulations.
  • Achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording per annum.
  • Experience in non-contentious private client work is advantageous.
Requirements
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships.
  • Ability to help develop new business and assist in networking events.
