Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Actis Legal. As a well-established law firm in the North West, we offer a comprehensive range of services to both private individuals and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in acting for legally aided clients in matters such as domestic abuse, non-molestation orders, and associated children applications. Moving forward, there is an opportunity to manage a wider range of cases including private fee-paying divorce and ancillary relief.

Our team is well connected with local support groups, charities, refuges, and local authorities. We encourage our team members to play an active role in networking and community-based activities.

Actis Legal specializes in the North West legal market and provides tailored and bespoke advice to individuals. We are looking for a team-spirited and supportive individual who is passionate about family law and wants to make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for legally aided clients in family law matters
  • Managing a caseload of private fee-paying divorce and ancillary relief cases
