We are seeking an experienced and ambitious solicitor to join our award-winning private client team at Forbes Solicitors. As a Dispute Resolution Senior Solicitor/Associate, you will play a key role in handling a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications and managing property and affairs files.
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage and contribute to the development and implementation of the departmental strategic plan to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients, referrers, and stakeholders, enhancing the firm's profile.
- Contribute to business development, including presentations, training events, articles, and submissions.
- Manage, supervise, train, coach, and mentor Solicitors and Paralegals to facilitate the achievement of their business objectives and professional development goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external business requirements, including ISO 9001 quality control, SRA Principles, and Court & Tribunal deadlines.
- Monitor and report on own financial and business performance, and of colleagues under the Partners management/supervision responsibilities, to deliver work in a profitable manner.
- Inter-departmental support and collaboration on joint files, projects, and events.
