This role offers a unique blend of administrative tasks and opportunities for growth and development. As an Operational HR Administrator, you will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver exceptional HR services to the business, supporting a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the business
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, building strong relationships and communicating effectively
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced HR environment, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
What We Offer:
