At Identify Solutions, we're on a mission to accelerate the journey to net-zero using technology and innovation. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in growing and expanding our client base by finding and converting new generator accounts.



Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new owners of renewable energy projects to support customers in optimizing the sale of their electricity.
  • Develop and maintain a business development pipeline, delivering value to clients through a relationship-focused sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the UK power market and communicate market insights to our clients.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, travel, and networking at industry events.
  • Explore innovative ways to add value to our clients through consultancy, reporting, and optimization services.



Requirements:

  • Commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering sales results and outstanding client service.
  • 2-10 years of business development experience, with a strong understanding of the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching to company directors or equivalent.
  • Motivated and driven to deliver exceptional service and develop long-term relationships.
  • Confident in presenting complex data sets to deliver high-level insights and analytics to key clients.
  • Based in Bristol or willing to travel to convenient locations.
  • Passionate about sustainability and accelerating the journey to net-zero.
