The Opportunity:

As an Aircraft Dispatch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our airport operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, this position may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and security standards throughout daily operations.
  • Oversee the punctuality and performance of flights and airside zones.
  • Lead customer gate teams, ramp turnaround teams, and onboard teams to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct audits of aircraft to ensure adherence to delivery standards.
  • Manage responses to operational disruptions across the airport.
  • Support the implementation of emergency response plans at the station.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Operational experience is preferred.
  • Resilience under pressure, adapting to fluctuating demands.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in report writing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possession of a full UK category B driving license for manual vehicles with minimal penalty points.
  • Ability to pass an airside driving test and obtain the necessary license.
  • Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
  • A responsible approach to safety and security in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to completing training and shadowing periods successfully.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights.
