Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our team at Iconic Resourcing. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding successful candidates.
- Develop and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate effective communication between hiring managers, candidates, and agencies, ensuring prompt responses.
- Organize and conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews with precision.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and assist in extending offers to candidates.
- Perform pre-employment checks, including reference verification and right-to-work compliance.
- Provide regular recruitment reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and legal standards, safeguarding confidentiality and data integrity.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience in either an agency setting or an internal recruitment team is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
