About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Hudson RPO. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of interview scheduling and background screening processes throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and accurately monitor and complete background checks for new hires
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure system and tracker accuracy of progress through the process to ensure compliance
  • Build a positive rapport with candidates during the process and ensure they receive the information they need in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the on-boarding of candidates from Employment Screening through to Start Date
  • Maintain a positive rapport with hiring managers throughout the process to achieve client satisfaction and to help meet service level agreements from a recruitment perspective
Requirements
  • Solid experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience in Microsoft Office package and Database/CRM/ATS experience
  • Driven by best practice and operational excellence
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and German language
