We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Hudson RPO. This role involves overseeing the scheduling and coordination of interviews and background screening processes across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough background checks for new hires, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Schedule interviews efficiently, taking into account the schedules of hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of tracking systems, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Maintain positive communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and notifications.
  • Handle on-boarding procedures for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database/CRM/ATS tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
