Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Domestic Abuse Support Team Leader at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the North Wales region, with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 8 support staff across 5 services, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records across all services, ensuring all necessary information is logged and up-to-date.
  • Refer matters to Service Managers as needed, and act on concerns related to Child Protection and the Protection of Vulnerable Adults.
  • Stay current with trends and hot topics in the domestic support and abuse sectors.

Requirements:

  • Extensive managerial experience, with a proven track record in a Domestic Abuse setting.
  • Experience working with customers impacted by Domestic Abuse.

Working Arrangements:

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We also offer the opportunity to complete this role on a temporary basis, so please get in touch if this would be of interest.
