We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals and bids for complex, high-profile schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit proposal documents, including producing, coordinating, and editing written content.
  • Manage the submissions process, ensuring all proposals are prepared in line with tender programme requirements.
  • Contribute to the bid team at key stages of individual tender projects, gathering technical information from internal departments.
  • Develop strategic themes and ensure all proposals are aligned with company bid management standards.
  • Provide technical and commercial writing skills, including proofreading and editing.
  • Assist with the development of bespoke proposals, best practice information, and technique guides.
  • Build relationships with key business sector teams and produce high-quality documents and submissions.
  • Analyze and review previous submissions, implementing learning for future bids.
  • Produce promotional and marketing materials, as well as award submissions.
Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in the construction industry, producing proposals and bids. Experience of frameworks is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome applications from talented individuals outside the construction industry.
