About the Role

Award-winning Awaze is seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Digital Product team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by enhancing the conversion rates of web and mobile traffic into actionable outcomes.

We're passionate about data-driven decision making and experimentation. You will be responsible for performing data analysis of our websites and mobile app, identifying opportunities to enhance our guests' booking experience through deep analysis of diverse offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in our guests' booking experience.
  • Influence business decisions through insightful website analytics, improving conversion rates and customer engagement across multiple devices.
  • Enhance our conversion rate optimisation strategy across our distribution business.
  • Report on A/B and MVT tests to offer actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to help prioritise new products and features with the aim of constantly improving the customer experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a consumer-facing web analytics role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Google Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills (SQL skills are a plus).
  • A strategic mindset, adept at formulating CRO strategies tightly aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading innovative testing initiatives, with a proven track record in designing and leading successful A/B and multivariate tests.
  • UX Research experience using Contentsquare to optimize and improve the user journey.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • An ability to turn numbers and data into a story for stakeholders.
  • A passion for travel.
