As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design, development, and evaluation of Clinical system software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the evaluation and delivery of clinical systems software
- Oversee the evaluation of software products within the department
- Encourage, motivate, and develop new and existing team members through mentoring and coaching
- Line management of evaluators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software products
- Degree in engineering, computing, or a science subject, or relevant commercial experience
- Extensive leadership and management experience in a software evaluation environment
- Experience with clinical system software development
- Experience of various delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
