Waters Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Software Evaluation Manager to support the Director of Clinical Software in running the Clinical Systems Development Software Department. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the design, development, and evaluation of Clinical system software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the evaluation and delivery of clinical systems software
  • Oversee the evaluation of software products within the department
  • Encourage, motivate, and develop new and existing team members through mentoring and coaching
  • Line management of evaluators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software products
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering, computing, or a science subject, or relevant commercial experience
  • Extensive leadership and management experience in a software evaluation environment
  • Experience with clinical system software development
  • Experience of various delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
