We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Ashford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on mortgage and protection products, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
