Job Title: Trainee Water Treatment Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Water Treatment Engineer to join our Technical Services team. As a Trainee Water Treatment Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality water treatment services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with our internal chemists and mechanical engineers to deliver water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works.
  2. Conduct fault finding, remediation, and installation, as well as ongoing maintenance of water treatment systems.
  3. Carry out heating and chilled closed system works, including servicing of water softeners and other water treatment systems.
  4. Utilize in-house software to complete all work on an iPad.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a trade role, delivering high-quality customer service.
  2. Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  4. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  5. Proficiency in using IT equipment, such as an iPad and mobile phone.
  6. Excellent time-keeping and flexibility to travel (dependent on business needs).
  7. Full UK, manual, driving license.
Desirable:
  1. Experience working on water systems in buildings or with water qualifications.
