We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Trainee Water Treatment Specialist to join our Technical Services team. As a Trainee Water Treatment Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality water treatment services to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our internal chemists and mechanical engineers to deliver water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works.
- Conduct fault finding, remediation, and installation, as well as ongoing maintenance of water treatment systems.
- Perform water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works.
- Carry out heating and chilled closed system works.
- Servicing of water softeners and other water treatment systems.
- Utilize in-house software to complete all work on an iPad.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
- Previous experience in a trade role, delivering high-quality customer service.
- Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Ability to use IT equipment such as an iPad and mobile phone.
- Excellent time-keeping.
- Flexibility to travel (dependent on business needs).
- Full UK, manual, driving license.
- Experience working on water systems in buildings or with water qualifications.

We are a leading water hygiene service provider, ensuring the public are protected from infectious diseases that can be carried through water systems.
