At MWH Treatment, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in the East Midlands office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting water treatment projects and contribute to the company's mission to improve water quality and capacity.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Discipline Lead and be responsible for providing high-quality engineering design services to minimize risks and maximize profits on turnkey and engineering services projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating and producing process design documents and drawings that consider all relevant health and safety requirements, specifications, and standards.
  • Providing technical expertise in the delivery of projects and department management functions and initiatives.
  • Developing economical process designs that meet project requirements and can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
  • Considering the consequences of design outputs on design time costs, material costs, erection costs, and other disciplines.
  • Assisting the Regional Discipline Lead in writing, updating, and monitoring efficient procedures to aid the smooth running of the department.
  • Coordinating design with internal and external disciplines to yield maximum project benefits.
  • Ensuring that design takes full regard of all health and safety requirements.
