Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Trainee Water Treatment Specialist to join our Technical Services team. As a Trainee Water Treatment Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality water treatment services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our internal chemists and mechanical engineers to deliver water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works.
  • Conduct fault finding, remediation, and installation, as well as ongoing maintenance of water treatment systems.
  • Perform water treatment analysis, system performance, and remediation works.
  • Carry out heating and chilled closed system works.
  • Servicing of water softeners and other water treatment systems.
  • Utilize in-house software to complete all work on an iPad.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a trade role, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Ability to use IT equipment such as an iPad and mobile phone.
  • Excellent time-keeping.
  • Flexibility to travel (dependent on business needs).
  • Full UK, manual, driving license.
Desirable
  • Experience working on water systems in buildings or with water qualifications.
