We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Central Operations team as an Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and contribute to the successful execution and adoption of London Market modernisation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contribute to the successful execution and adoption of London Market modernisation initiatives impacting WTW GB CRB.
- Act as a central owner for WTW's usage of the PPL platform, providing on-going governance and oversight, user training and support, and helping to maintain market and vendor relationships.
- Produce, distribute, and analyze high-quality Management Information (MI) to inform process improvements.
- Complete Business Quality reviews measuring performance against our Client Excellence model and best practice standards.
- Provide innovative feedback on current Central Operations processes and develop enhancements to current processes.
- Develop and maintain the necessary knowledge and working relationships to provide technical support to the business and other central functions.
- Undertake and contribute to ad-hoc Central Operations projects and tasks, supporting management as required.
