About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor with a strong passion for making a positive impact on young people's lives. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and students to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional guidance and support
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct regular progress reviews to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year's experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and support staff
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
We offer a competitive daily rate of £80-£100, depending on experience. As a Behaviour Mentor with Teach360, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
