About the Role

Protocol Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young people overcome personal and academic challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remain calm and professional in difficult situations, providing a stable environment for students to thrive.
  • Be creative and proactive in addressing behavioural and learning challenges, developing innovative solutions to support student growth.
  • Care deeply about the academic and emotional growth of each pupil, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes holistic development.
  • Motivate and encourage students with a positive and empathetic approach, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to create positive changes, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team approach.
  • Show initiative when addressing students' unique communication and learning needs, adapting to individual requirements.
