We are seeking a Behavioural Support Mentor to join our team at a specialist school in Barnet. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
About the Role- Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
- Work closely with the pupil, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to manage behaviour and promote learning
- Use positive and solution-focused approaches to support the pupil and their family
- Collaborate with the school's leadership team to ensure the provision of high-quality support
