The key responsibilities of the Group Compliance Manager include:

  • Managing internal compliance procedures throughout the organization, both digitally and physically.
  • Assisting with financial promotions, ensuring quality assurance, and overseeing product governance.
  • Collaborating on issues related to regulatory breaches, customer complaints, data protection, and financial crime compliance.
  • Providing training on compliance procedures to team members.
  • Conducting audits and reviews to guarantee the timely execution of new compliance strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering regular compliance reports to senior management.
  • Staying informed about relevant legislation, including FCA guidelines and Data Protection laws.
  • Identifying and recommending enhancements for compliance processes within the organization.

To be successful as the Group Compliance Manager, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience and achievements in a Compliance Manager role.
  • Background in the Insurance sector or other areas of Financial Services is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
