Job Summary: Anglo Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of changes across our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management practices to minimize the impact of changes on live services.
- Process Development: Collaborate with the Service Operations team to mature the Change Management function and develop processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Communication: Provide advice, guidance, and training to staff on change management practices and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of changes.
- Decision Making: Chair and minute decision and actions at the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and make informed decisions on change requests.
- Post-Implementation Review: Evaluate changes for lessons learned and close change requests.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing an ITIL change function and developing processes to mature the function.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications: ITIL4 or 3 Foundation certification.
Desirable Skills:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience of working with Jira and Confluence.
- Methodologies: Knowledge and experience of project methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and traditional waterfall.
