Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional account plans and forecasts to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and R&D to strengthen our company's image as a leading supplier of diagnostic kits in the production animal industry.
- Organize regional user group seminars and scientific meetings to promote our products and services.
- Conduct on-site customer training and live demos to demonstrate kit and software utilization.
- Analyze industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation.
- Develop and implement robust commercial go-to-market strategies to improve market penetration and ensure sustainable growth potential.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, medical laboratory technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management within a laboratory, veterinary, or production animal environment.
- Strong understanding of the importance of diagnostics and technical knowledge of diagnostics (PCR and ELISA).
- Proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and common software applications.
- Ability to drive business and service processes from planning to closure.
- A competitive salary of £50k-£65k + bonus + car allowance.
