Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Specialist to join our team at Field, a leading company in the renewable energy infrastructure sector. As a Reward Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively, while also contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Coordinate the delivery of an efficient payroll service across three countries, including Italy, Spain, and the UK.
  • Salary Benchmarking: Conduct continuous salary benchmarking across all core teams and countries, working with the recruitment team to monitor and collate relevant candidate data.
  • Benefits Benchmarking and Management: Monitor the effectiveness of current benefits offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and broadly comparable in each country.
  • Process Improvement and Project Delivery: Assess our payroll management model and make recommendations on whether to outsource it, and manage the transition between partners when changes are made.
Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to process large datasets with appropriate data accuracy controls.
  • Previous experience conducting tailored benefits reviews, with the proven ability to conduct ROI assessments and make compelling commercial cases.
  • Broad understanding of salary benchmarking best-practice, and frameworks that support niche/emerging industries.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £60,000 - £77,000.
