About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Analyst to join our team at Estuary Housing Association. As an Asset Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the data held within our asset management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high-quality stock data and integrity within the asset management system, AIM, and other asset data systems.
  • Work closely with our Stock Condition Surveyors to validate survey information and ensure accurate and high-quality data is uploaded into the asset management system.
  • Lead liaison with internal and external auditors regarding Data Integrity and provide historical and reporting functions on compliance audits.
  • Undertake audits and quality checks of the data held in the system, scrutinizing and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Built Environment void disposal programme.
Requirements
  • Experience within social housing property maintenance or asset management or a similar technical background.
  • Experience working with stock condition databases and stock performance modelling tools, repair & maintenance systems, such as Northgate, Keystone, APEX, ARK, Saville's APE, etc.
  • Advanced Excel and sound working knowledge of using Microsoft Office 365 packages and other databases and email.
  • Proficiency in the use and management of complex relational databases with excellent analytic and numerical skills, and ability to learn quickly.
  • An appreciation of financial processes relating to property Asset Management.
  • Experience within a housing sector either private or public.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
