As the Asset Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within our asset management system (AIM) and other relevant platforms. You will collaborate closely with our Stock Condition Surveyors to validate survey information and ensure its seamless integration into the system.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Data Management: Inputting, verifying, and maintaining high-quality stock data within the asset management system.
  • System Expertise: Proficiently utilizing all systems employed for asset management, tracking performance, and identifying potential issues.
  • Auditing & Analysis: Conducting audits and quality checks of data integrity, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide data and reports as required.
  • Program Management: Supporting the implementation of a new asset management software solution.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in social housing property maintenance or asset management.
  • Familiarity with stock condition databases, performance modeling tools, and repair management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
