About Us

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is a leading recruitment agency that connects talented professionals with top employers. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in South Essex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy of financial data, populate existing schedules, and apply business intelligence to drive informed decision-making.
  • Fixed Asset Register: Complete and review the current fixed asset register, implementing necessary policy changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost reviews to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Supplier Communication: Assist in preparing communications with suppliers regarding invoicing and payment.
  • Financial System Implementation: Prepare data templates for the implementation of a new finance system (Sage Intact) and ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial management, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Proficiency in Sage Intact or similar finance systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
