Experienced Quantity Surveyor Wanted for Main Contractor

A leading Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. The company has a strong reputation in the industry for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost control
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
  • Prepare and submit reports, including project updates and financial analyses

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
