A leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation in the industry is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis.
The company has a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure, and commercial, with a focus on new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, working closely with the commercial team to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project budgets and forecasts
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Preparing and reviewing contracts
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborating with the commercial team to achieve project goals
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working on commercial projects, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. A degree qualification and full UK driving license are also essential.
