Quantity Surveyor (Main Contractor) | Permanent | Coulsdon, Surrey

A leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation in the industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis.

The company delivers high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure, and commercial, with a focus on new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work on various projects, utilizing your expertise in D&B & JCT projects, new build and refurbishment experience, and ability to work autonomously.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Degree qualification
  • Full UK Drivers' license
  • Able to commute to Coulsdon, Surrey
