We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Building Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Coulsdon. As a key member of our Planned and Reactive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality estimates on time to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Scope works with clients and independently to ensure accurate estimates.
- Manage commercial duties, including estimating reactive, planned, follow-on works, variations, and final accounts.
- Ensure all client and in-house health and safety requirements are met as part of estimates.
- Visit sites and report back to the team on progress and expected completion dates.
- Collaborate with the team and perform day-to-day tasks as required.
- Background in construction, either academically or manually.
- Experience in estimating or working knowledge of building maintenance.
- Local residence to Coulsdon.
