We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Kenneth Brian Associates. As a reactive works estimator, you will work closely with our Planned and Reactive team to deliver high-quality estimates that meet our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating or a working knowledge of building maintenance, with a strong background in construction either academically or manually. You will be responsible for scoping works, commercial duties, and ensuring client and in-house health and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Estimate reactive, planned, and follow-on works
  2. Commercial duties, including variations and final accounts
  3. Ensure health and safety requirements are met
  4. Visit sites and report back to the team
Requirements:
  1. Background in construction
  2. Experience estimating or building maintenance knowledge
  3. Living locally to Coulsdon
