Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff, Governors, Parents, Children, Advisers, and other Professionals
- Take responsibility for a class of children determined annually by the Headteacher
- Teach a class of pupils ensuring planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting meet diverse learning and social needs
- Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school both inside and outside the classroom
- Promote the school's mission statement to ensure Inclusion, Independence, and Self-Worth for all
- Contribute to constructive team-building among staff, parents, and governors
- Implement agreed school policies and guidelines
- Support initiatives decided by the Headteacher and staff
- Plan appropriately to meet the needs of all pupils through task differentiation
- Set clear targets based on prior attainment for pupils' learning
- Provide a stimulating classroom environment accessible to all pupils
- Keep efficient records integrating assessment into planning
- Track individual children's progress and intervene when necessary
- Report to parents on pupils' development, progress, and attainment
- Promote the school's code of conduct among pupils according to behavior policy
- Participate in meetings related to school management, curriculum, or organization
- Communicate and cooperate with specialists from outside agencies
- Utilize ICT effectively to enhance learning and teaching
- Lead, organize, and direct support staff within the classroom
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Instructor or Teacher in the relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learners' needs
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
