Handle Recruitment is working with an iconic brand to bring a strategic leader to their team. The role is newly created following a strategic reshuffle, supporting the global, matrix organization. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, strategic and commercially astute HR Leader looking for their next challenge.

Working closely with the global MD and SLT, you'll lead the team with the key focus of elevating and developing the local Human Resources offering in line with national business plans. You will bring a new and fresh perspective to the Human Resources strategy, and a wealth of generalist experience to be able to build credibility quickly with long standing industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team within a matrix organization
  • Develop and implement a commercial and progressive approach to people strategy
  • Work closely with the global MD and SLT to drive business results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders

The organization operates a hybrid model, but the SLT have committed to spending more time in the office so you will need to be able to be in the Central London based office when needed.
