Job Title: Licensing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Licensing Manager to join our client, Woodmansterne Publications, a renowned greeting card publisher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners and artists to enhance the company's portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new licensing opportunities that align with the company's brand and goals.
  • Manage and grow existing licensing relationships to increase revenue and brand recognition.
  • Negotiate licensing agreements with partners, ensuring a deep understanding of licensing laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement licensing strategies that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in licensing management, with a strong understanding of licensing agreements and laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and artists.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the creative industry and licensing practices.
