Civils Site Manager

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage the delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Site Management: Supervise and manage site personnel, including subcontractors and operatives, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel, including the implementation of safety procedures and protocols.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may arise during project delivery, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
- SMSTS Certification: Possess a valid SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Managers Card: Hold a valid CSCS Managers card.
- First Aid Training: Possess current first aid training.
- Full UK Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
