Civils Site Manager

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead construction projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering and a strong understanding of site management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage site personnel, including subcontractors and operatives, to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate material deliveries, plant equipment, and site logistics.
- Develop and implement RAMS, Inspection Test Plans, and other site management documents.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage site reports, inspections, and test plans to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate project costing and billing.
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS Managers card
- First aid training
- Full UK driving license and own transport
