Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team at McMullens, a progressive, family-owned pub retailer and brewer. The successful candidate will assist the Property Director in managing our licensed and ancillary property portfolio to maximize financial return and protect our assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of our property portfolio, including licensed pubs, hotels, and ancillary properties
  • Identify opportunities to drive income and value
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including colleagues, tenants, and external partners
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for property improvements
  • Assist with the development and implementation of property strategies

Requirements

  • Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years' experience post-qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
