Estates Manager – Pubs, Hotels and Ancillary Properties

McMullens is a progressive, family-owned pub retailer and brewer with a rich history dating back to 1827. We own a diverse property portfolio, comprising mainly freehold assets, split between our licensed pub trading estate and ancillary properties, including a brewery, offices, retail, and residential assets, as well as land.

We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team at our Head Office and Brewery in Hertford. The successful candidate will assist the Property Director in managing our property portfolio to maximize financial returns and protect our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Director in managing the company's property portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to drive income and value
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects
  • Conduct site inspections across the entire estate

Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years' experience post-qualification
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Driving license
