Main ResponsibilitiesAs a District Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and in residential care settings. You will work closely with our team to deliver compassionate and evidence-based care, and support family members as needed.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a full valid driving license and access to a car for work. You will also need to be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have knowledge around long-term conditions and their management.
