About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Move Coordinator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our site team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of site moves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Space Planner and Facilities Operations Manager to plan and communicate all scheduled moves
  • Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
  • Manage one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations
  • Carry out all administration and reporting to support the effective running of our client contract
  • Work closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinate any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Good level of physical fitness as may involve physical exertion in the transporting of various materials or equipment
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts and long hours when necessary
  • Clean Driving License
