The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our technical direction and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Lead the development of complex software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong background in.NET Framework, C#, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and Web API.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, HTTP Status Codes, CORS, JSON, and JWT.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and GIT Source Control.
  • Understanding of ORM frameworks, such as Entity Framework, NHibernate, or Dapper.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks, including Cypress, NUnit, XUnit, and Moq.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in agile environments, preferably using SCRUM.
  • Knowledge of IdentityServer is a plus.
