Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using modern software development practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including lead developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to plan and deliver software solutions.
  • Enforce quality standards through peer reviews, team retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and ensure the development team is working efficiently.
  • Manage tasks effectively, estimate, track, and report on the status of work, and raise any issues that may impact delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with.NET Framework, C#, and Visual Basic.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and Web API.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP Status Codes, CORS, JSON, and JWT.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Windows Server, and IIS.
  • Proficiency in GIT source control and experience with an Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tool, such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks, such as Cypress, NUnit, XUnit, or Moq.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and working in an agile environment using SCRUM is desirable.
