Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at Pro-Finance. As an Accounts Director Designate, you will play a key role in leading and managing our Croydon branch, overseeing accounts and tax, and ensuring high standards of preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, including OMBs and SMEs across various sectors.
- Assist with the transition of our firm's software to TaxCalc.
- Support our Directors and help manage the firm's day-to-day operations.
- Have the potential to join our Board and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- ACA, ICAEW, or ACCA qualified with a practicing certificate preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a practice setting.
- Strong leadership, review, and management skills.
- Ability to guide a team and maintain high standards in accounts and tax.
- A proactive, committed individual looking to make a long-term impact and grow with our firm.
